It is much better if politicians will focus more on how they are going to help the people that are in the middle of a problem. The damage that has been cause in Wisconsin due to flooding can't just be repaired with private loans. Not only did the 5 inches of rain devastate the city, sinkholes opened open, airplanes could not land, and mudslides are expected. The proof is here: Milwaukee flooding devastates Northern Midwest. The state is in an emergency because they're fearful the monsoon season is only starting and only going to cause more difficulties before it is done.
